Permanent Part-Time Prep Chef

📍 Location: Jalan Besar

💰 Salary: $12 per hour

Job Summary

Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and salad bowls while maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with customer orders in a fast-paced salad bar environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh ingredients and proteins to meet daily production needs

Wash, cut, and portion vegetables accurately for salad preparation

Prepare sauces and ingredients following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout kitchen operations

Assist with stock replenishment to ensure ingredient availability

Prepare and serve salad bowls to customers promptly and accurately

Take customer orders at the cashier with attention to detail

Perform any other kitchen preparation duties as assigned to support smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in food and beverage (F&B) or kitchen environments preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

Immediate availability is an advantage
