Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM; ⁠Create and revise 2D/3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines.
⁠Attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
⁠Provide input during design development, especially for constructibility; ensuring designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
⁠Maintain drawing and document standards throughout the project lifecycle.
⁠Work closely with project coordinator and project manager for drawing amendments and updates.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Minimum Diploma or Any Relevant Certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
⁠Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
