BARTENDER

Job Description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.

Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests.

Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming bar and dining experience.

Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment.

Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Verify customers' age where required and ensure responsible service of alcohol.

Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.

Comply with food safety, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Assist with restaurant floor duties and service operations as required, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and attending to guests.

Work closely with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
