Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·      In charges of checking and designing mechanical works from concept to detailed design for projects

·      Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.

·      Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders

·      Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively

·      Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works

·      Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants

Requirements

·      Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (Accredited by Singapore Professional Engineers Board)

·      Experience in both construction management and design

·      Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
