Senior Executive, Human Resource (Learning& Development)

Responsibilities

Weare seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to support and executeinitiatives that enhance employee development, learning, and engagement acrossthe organisation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute toorganisational success by supporting impactful development initiatives.

Inthis role, you will support Learning and Development initiatives to meet thedevelopmental needs of departments. Your key responsibilities include managingthe end-to-end process of training programmes, maintaining accurate trainingdatabases and records, and overseeing payment processing as well as traininggrant submissions. In addition, you will support the annual budgeting exerciseand biennial Employee Engagement Survey.

Requirements

Degree qualification

2 years’ relevant experience; prior experience in public healthcare is an advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders
