Senior Interior Designer (Commercial)

Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 per month

We are an interior design firm specializing in commercialoffice environments, creating thoughtfully designed spaces that go beyondaesthetics to enhance workplace culture, productivity, and brand identity.

We are seeking a design-driven Senior Interior Designer witha strong eye for concept development, attention to detail, and excellence inexecution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects from conceptthrough completion, translating creative ideas into cohesive, functional, andimpactful spatial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Meetclients to understand project requirements and develop design proposals

·        Preparepresentation materials (PowerPoint, mood boards, and concept decks)

·       Create conceptdesigns, space planning, and 3D models (SketchUp)

·       Coordinatewith 3D visualizers to produce high-quality renderings

·       Prepare designdevelopment and detailed drawings (construction, tender, and as-built drawings)

·      Liaise withcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on materials and construction matters

·       Manage projectdocumentation, including drawings, as-built records, and O&M manuals

·       Ensureprojects are delivered on time and meet quality

Requirements

·       Diplomaor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

·       Minimum 4–5years of experience in commercial interior design

·       Proficient inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (PowerPoint)

·       Strongconceptual design skills with a keen eye for color and materials

·       Good technicalknowledge in construction drawings and detailing

·       Able to manageprojects independently from concept to completion

·       Strongcommunication and coordination skills

·       Self-driven,responsible, and a team player
