Associate Planner

The Associate Planner support the demand forecasting process by analysing sales data, assisting in creating accurate demand forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory alignment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage replenishment planning for materials to maintain target service levels.

Oversee inventory management by determining optimal reorder points and order quantities.

Coordinate and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments regarding shipping and distribution activities.

Plan tanker scheduling to minimize ISO container parking time at external warehouses.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Warehouse, Demand Planner and his/her other delegates.

Minimum Educational (Formal Training, Languages, Abilities) And Experience Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or any related field.

Internship or 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management.

Other Requirements:

Basic understanding of demand forecasting principles and supply chain processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of SAP system.

Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Capable of both collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
