Clinic Assistant

What you will be working on (training will be provided):

Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone and email inquiries

Schedule patient appointments

Prepare and dispense medications

Assist in inventory and perform stock take

Maintain clinic cleanliness

Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation

Perform cashiering duties

Assist doctor and chaperone whenever necessary

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of relevant working experience within the healthcare industry.

Preferably with hands-on experience using PLATO.

Familiarity with insurance billing, claims submission and TPA liaison work would be an advantage.

Salary will commensurate with the candidate's experience.
