Job Description

Conduct Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews for High and Medium-risk customers including periodic reviews and event-triggered reviews.
Perform customer outreach to obtain information and supporting documentation required for review completion, when required.
Respond to Business Unit’s queries and provide guidance on AML/CFT/PF and CDD/ECDD matters, applying appropriate risk-based judgment and sensitivity.
Prepare clear, well-supported risk assessments and recommendations.
Ensure all assigned reviews are completed within stipulated timeline.

Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 2+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, preferably in Compliance, or Customer Due Diligence functions.
Professional certifications such as ACAMS or qualifications from the International Compliance Association (ICA) will be advantageous.
Sound understanding of banking products, services, and industry practices.
