Architectural Assistant (P1)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist architects in developing architectural concepts, design proposals, and project documentation.

Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, layouts, and details using  AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant software.

Assist with  3D modelling, rendering, and presentation materials  for design proposals.

Support the preparation of submission drawings and documentation for relevant authorities.

Conduct  site visits, measurements, and inspections  when required.

Assist with material selection, specifications, and design research.

Revise drawings and documentation based on project requirements and feedback.

Ensure drawings and project documents are  accurate, updated, and properly organised.

Assist with project coordination and follow up on outstanding design or documentation matters.

Perform other architectural and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in  Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline.

Proficient in  AutoCAD; knowledge of  Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite  is an advantage.

Good understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and construction documentation.

Creative, detail-oriented, and organised with good communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.

Willing to conduct site visits and support project requirements when required.
