QA Engineer

Key responsibilities

Plan, organize and ensure the First Article, Incoming QC, In-Process QC; Final-QC activities are performed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and lead a team of QC Leaders/Specialist/Inspectors.

Establish, review quality control plans, standard operating procedures to ensure products and processes conform with customer specifications.

Work with cross functional departments to ensure product quality and system requirements are realized.

Liaise with suppliers to improve their processes and resolve material/component related quality issues including RTV lots.

Act as Management Representative, in charge of internal and external audit to warrant processes and procedures are well maintain and comply with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 & 45001 Standards and Regulatory requirements.

Lead in the investigation of product non-conformity, gather, analyse data to determine root cause and implement corrective/preventive action to prevent recurrence.

Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability

What we're looking for

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, quality control or related roles within manufacturing or logistics environments

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or similar standards

Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques (5 Why, Fishbone)

Well versed in measurement metrology eg, familiar with CMM, Smart-scope and the ability to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience with quality management software, data analysis tools and MS Office applications

Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics
