The Opportunity

Join an established logistics and supply chain organisation.
Opportunity to gain exposure to air freight operations and international shipment coordination.
Monday to Friday, office hours.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
Prepare and maintain freight documentation accurately.
Liaise with customers, airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
Monitor shipment progress and support timely delivery.
Maintain operational records and resolve shipment-related issues.
Provide administrative support to daily operations.

Requirements

Experience in air freight, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with freight documentation and shipment coordination processes is advantageous.
