F&B Executive (GCW)

Job Descriptions:

Monitor bar operations stocks and/or inventory and ensure they are in good condition for guests to use

Convey any message from management promptly to team members as per instructions such as executing all in-house and third party outlets' promotions or corporate initiatives

Ensure service delivery standards in line with SOPs and ensure conformance by carrying out SOP audits and follow-up

Take care of F&B service sand provide relevant correspondence to guest queries

Be familiar with Food and Beverage Operation functionality and other related task

To comply with all company and local laws for restaurant licensing & renewals

To monitor and take corrective action to reduce waste, misuse and breakage

Work with procurement for Restaurant Operations on all related item

Duties as assigned by the Management Team

Requirements

Experience in a hotel industry or high-volume restaurant environment (preferred).

Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking tools.
