Technical Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

Assist Technical Manager negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor in accordance to the allocated budget

Coordinate and supervise Technical Team’s day-today technical operations (i.e., routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)

Ensure technical operations are carried out according to required standards

Provide excellent service and build lasting relationship with clients

Assist in handling/storage of materials and equipment

Ensure safety practices are followed

Review and implement MOS & RA docs

Ensure work completed are of highest standards

Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center

Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support for customers

Liaise with relevant authorities/ subcontractor/clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & T&C job

Maintain internal and external technical and operational documentation

To support and standby for emergency cases

Requirements

ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field

Min 2-5 years of relevant working experience

Good problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Pro-active and able to work independently and unsupervised at times

Good communication and organizational skills
