The Opportunity
- Join an established FMCG manufacturing organisation.
- West location, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm).
- Opportunity to drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimise manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Improve equipment reliability through maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyse production data to identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement and operational projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, process, or operations engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
