Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the retail outlet to maintain smooth and efficient functioning aligned with company standards

Monitor outlet performance metrics to identify and implement improvements for operational excellence

Develop, document, and enforce operational procedures, SOPs, and service standards to enhance consistency and quality

Manage stock replenishment and distribution processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce shortages, wastage, and overstocking

Analyze customer demand patterns, especially catering to the diverse needs of migrant workers from multiple countries

Deliver respectful and courteous customer service to foster positive customer interactions and satisfaction
