SRE Engineer

Must-Have

• Hands-on professional experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
• Strong Python, Java, TypeScript, or relevant automation scripting experience
• Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks
• ELK dashboarding experience
• OPAM/OAPM or similar observability/monitoring tool exposure
• Unix/Linux working knowledge
• SRE or production support exposure

Good-to-Have

• Power Automate or RPA workflow experience
• Agile delivery experience using Jira / Confluence
• API testing experience using Postman, Karate, or similar tools
• Performance testing experience with JMeter or LoadRunner
• Banking, finance, public sector, or large enterprise project exposure

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Automation & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and service performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong software development skills in Unix/Linux and Python, experience with object-based automation (RPA), dashboarding and monitoring tools such as ELK and OAPM, and a passion for continuous improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Unix/Linux technologies.
• Build and enhance object-based automation workflows leveraging RPA platforms and frameworks.
• Develop reusable automation components to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Design application monitoring and infrastructure performance using observability platforms.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and visualizations using ELK, OAPM, and related tools.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to automate operational tasks and improve service delivery.
