Service Advisor

Job Description (Commercial Vehicle)

Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received.

Create quotations for all customer's repair and advise them accordingly.

Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.

Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered.

Maintain cutomer records and enter data into computer databases

Requirement

Provide simplified and quality services to all customers professionally.

Work as a team closely to fill up any possible gaps.

Embrace self responsibilities for all customer and strive for continuous improvment.

Qualification

Seconday School.

1 year and above experience

Must be willing to work in Tuas
