Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily ACMV production activities and ensure timely completion oforders.

Allocate manpower, machines and materials according to production requirements.

Monitor production workflow, output, quality, rework and bottlenecks.

Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications and workinstructions.

Coordinate with Drafting, QA/QC, Warehouse, Procurement and Project/Site teams.

Supervise, train and motivate production workers.

Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained.

Maintain production records and report operational issues to management.

Identify production problems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
