Job Summary

Join our technical/service team as a Watch Technician responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches to ensure high-quality after-sales service.

Responsibilities

Inspect and diagnose mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches to identify service needs and faults

Perform watch servicing, including movement maintenance, battery replacement, regulation, and testing to ensure optimal function

Conduct quality control checks to verify repair accuracy and watch performance before returning to customers

Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams to coordinate timely after-sales service delivery

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in watches to maintain service turnaround targets

Work independently to manage workload and meet service deadlines with precision and attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Watchmaking or horology qualification to enhance technical expertise and service quality
