Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Vouch is partnering with an established organisation within Maritime industry in hiring an Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the dynamic finance team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.

Responsibilities

Support the FP&A team in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making

Perform detailed analysis of business and financial performance for various business units

Preparing comprehensive management reports, conducting variance analysis, and recommending strategies for cost reduction and profit improvement

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure continuous improvement

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related role

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus
