Job Summary

You will oversee construction site operations by allocating tasks, monitoring work quality and progress, managing safety, and ensuring timely project completion while reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Allocate daily work assignments to construction workers to optimize productivity and meet project goals

Monitor construction progress and inspect quality of work to ensure compliance with standards

Manage and implement daily site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers to resolve construction-related issues efficiently

Address all site-related issues and perform ad-hoc duties as requested to support project needs

Report weekly project progress and challenges to the Project Manager to inform decision-making

Ensure projects are completed within established timelines by tracking schedules and adjusting resources

Required competencies and certifications

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to guide work execution

Knowledge of construction operations and equipment to oversee site activities effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working in construction or related fields to apply practical knowledge on site

Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and workflows

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address site challenges proactively

Willingness to work in dusty environments typical of construction sites
