Operation Executive (Social Service | 1-year contract)

Join a Social Service Office team supporting community programmes through hands-on administrative and operational work. If you are organised, people-oriented and interested in contributing to social-service operations, we welcome your application.

Location: Toa Payoh / Taman Jurong / Punggol

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $2,760 /monthly

Duration: 12-months contract

Key Responsibilities

Source and obtain quotations from vendors for requested goods and services.

Track, organise and maintain supporting documents for invoice verification.

Support reporting requirements, including tracking and updating client outcome records.

Provide administrative and operational support to Social Service Offices.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on administrative matters.

Assist with other ad-hoc duties and operational tasks as required.

Key Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, administrative and writing skills.

Proficient in computer applications and comfortable working with digital systems.

Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage administrative tasks accurately.

Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

Experience in administration, operations, coordination or social service-related work will be useful.
