Service Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities

Perform servicing, inspection, and maintenance of chillers and other HVAC equipment.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient operation of chiller systems and related equipment.

Support basic overhaul, commissioning, and start-up activities for chiller systems.

Liaise with customers to understand and resolve service issues and complaints effectively.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of service and maintenance works.

Assist with service scheduling, manpower planning, and preparation of technical or maintenance reports for management review.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established quality, safety, and EHS requirements.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related technical discipline.

More than 2 years of experience in chiller systems, HVAC, or air-conditioning maintenance and servicing.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
