Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:25pm
Saturday: 0.5 Saturday every 5 weeks
Responsibilities
Manage and process patient billing and claims accurately and promptly.
Verify patient accounts, identify billing discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
Process claims to CPF/Medisave, integrated insurance providers and government ministries.
Monitor unbilled accounts and ensure records are updated accurately.
Liaise with patients, third-party payers and external organisations on billing matters.
Support team operations, internal controls and training of new team members.
Requirements
Min. GCE A-Level, ITE or Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
