We are looking for a hands-on IT & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the company's IT operations, website and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT:

Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

Set up and maintain laptops, computers, software and IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.

Manage and maintain company IT systems, accounts and software.

Manage website development, updates and technical improvements.

Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Marketing:

Manage the company's website, social media and online platforms.

Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Create and coordinate digital content to enhance the company's online presence.

Monitor website and digital marketing performance.

Explore new digital marketing channels and opportunities to support business growth.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT and/or digital marketing.

Strong hands-on IT support and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in website management and development.

Good understanding of digital marketing and online platforms.

Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
