SENIO DESIGN ENGINEER

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Structural Design to lead the structural design and delivery of major buildings projects including residential & industrial developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage project team, oversee design quality and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

·        Lead & guide structural design engineers& drafters as design of major building projects.

·        Review and approve structural calculations, design reports, drawings and specifications prepared by project engineers.

·        Review and resolve complex structural engineering challenges for design team.

·        Manage multiple projects from concept design stage through construction completion including attending client & technical meetings.

·        Plan, monitor and control project schedules, manpower allocation and design deliverables

About you

·        BIM/Revit experience

·        Computer literacy
