Production Operator (Ang Mo Kio)- Training is provided if keen to learn

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Ang Mo Kio facility. You will play a key role in day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust production line equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Perform routine quality checks and in-process inspections, escalating deviations promptly

Complete accurate production records and batch documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

Carry out basic equipment troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks

Follow GMP, workplace safety, and housekeeping (5S) requirements at all times

Work collaboratively with QC, Engineering, and shift supervisors to meet production targets

Support changeovers, line clearance, and material handling activities as required

Requirements

Nitec/Higher Nitec in Manufacturing, Chemical Process Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)

Prior experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated production environment preferred

Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/public holidays where required

Meticulous, safety-conscious, and comfortable following documented procedures

Basic computer literacy for production data entry and reporting

Team player with good communication skills
