Join a leading global logistics MNC and be part of a large Customer Contact Centre team supporting customers with their international shipment and service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through phone, email and other contact channels
• Process bookings and provide information on shipment status, transit times, customs requirements, pricing and services
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide effective service recovery
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution
• Coordinate with Operations and internal teams to resolve shipment-related matters
• Identify customers' needs and introduce suitable products or value-added services
• Capture customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate information within customer management systems
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience

Working Arrangement

• Shift work based on a monthly round-robin schedule
• 3-month probation period
• Potential to work remotely once per week after confirmation, subject to prevailing company policy
