QA/ QC Assistant

Working Hours & Salary

Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm (Required to work on Sat during probation, alternate Sat after confirmation)

Up to $2,600/month

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.

Perform quality check on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.

Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.

Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Assist in handling customers feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.

Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.

Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Food Science & Technology or a related field.

Min. 1 year of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.

Knowledgeable of SFA regulations and required documentation.

Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simulataneously.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
