IT Business Analyst (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Location: Pasir Panjang (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal / conversion)

Join a cross-functional team developing digital solutions that improve organization's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers and operations teams to streamline workflows, support security compliance, and contribute to automation and AI-enabled solutions.

What You’ll Do

Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

Map current and future-state processes, user journeys and workflows.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify pain points and opportunities.

Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.

Work with Product Managers to prioritise product backlogs and manage changing requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, architects and designers to develop practical, scalable solutions.

Support UAT, testing, release readiness and operational handover.

Contribute to AI-assisted workflows and continuous assurance capabilities for government agencies.

Support Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Min. 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software or digital product environments.

Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies.

Good understanding of SDLC, testing and release processes.

Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, cloud services, identity management and data flows.

Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have: Experience within government, regulated environments, SaaS, GRC, IM8, ServiceNow or enterprise workflow platforms.
