Position Title: Marketing Communications & Events Executive

Working Location: Bedok

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00AM – 6.00PM)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize events and exhibitions from start to end independently.

Lead event execution and address any real-time issues.

Handle logistics, remote support coordination, and onsite activities for smooth events.

Build strong vendor, venue, and stakeholder relationships as the main contact.

Seek new ways to engage customers and showcase our brand.

Align event planning with marketing goals and budget.

Work with teams and partners to create unique brand activations.

Prepare reports on marketing campaigns after events.

Help create and execute engaging marketing campaigns and social media content.

Assist in producing short videos to boost brand awareness.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Support social performance tracking and market research.

Assist in developing engaging email campaigns and promotional materials.

Manage the social media and marketing calendar.

Explore new platforms for increased brand visibility and engagement.

Engage in social media discussions to grow our community.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities for improvement suggestions.

Support email campaigns and promotional materials to boost sales and traffic.

Track and report on digital marketing metrics.

Help update website content to ensure consistency.

2 years of relevant experience

Proficient in WordPress and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Possess excellent project management and organizational skills.
