Position Title: Project Manager

Working Location: Islandwide, office at Tuas

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am -12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Plan project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.

Manage electrical and instrumentation projects from commencement to completion.

Coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and key milestones.

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

Identify project risks and implement appropriate solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Supervise engineering teams and ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain project records and document lessons learned.

Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of project management experience in the electrical and instrumentation industry.

Experience managing electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning works.

Proven experience completing projects on schedule and within budget.

Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects is advantageous.

PMP, PRINCE2, or a related professional certification is advantageous.

Possession of own transport is advantageous due to travel between project sites.
