Job Summary

Manage the full cycle of performing artiste coordination, including show list arrangement, rehearsals, auditions, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to optimize performance scheduling and quality.

Responsibilities

Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events to ensure smooth production flow

Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to evaluate candidates for performing artiste roles

Assess individual performers’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality

Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed to meet production demands

Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and updates effectively

Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards during live shows

Coordinate with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring readiness and excellence on stage

Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among performers to support cohesive and dynamic productions
