Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer acquisition, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals through ongoing feedback and coaching
Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Manage company administration tasks to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers
Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and support staff career development
Organize and coordinate staff work schedules to optimize operational efficiency
Oversee daily store management to ensure smooth and effective business operations
