Job Description

Position Title: Production Operator cum QC Inspector

Working Location: Serangoon North

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Set up/feed flexible materials and operate rotary and semi-automated precision machines in a clean and air-conditioned work environment.

Perform cutting of flexible materials according to Engineering Drawings and demands requirements.

Perform QC/secondary activities from setup to final production stage.

Fix issues that might occur during the work.

Execute process/machines tooling changeovers including adjustments and 1st piece article checking.

Produce all parts according to expectations in terms of units per hour, quality, cost, and other performance KPI’s.

Provide accurate and precise information/reports regarding production time, occurrences, volumes, scrap, rejections, and abnormalities.

Execute secondary and final product inspections before final shipment to customers.

Packing finished-goods parts.

Adhering to all the health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Secondary School or Technical qualification.

At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Experience operating production machinery independently.

Die-cutting experience using rotary or flatbed machines is advantageous.

Able to perform machine setup, tooling changeovers, and basic adjustments.

Able to safely handle and install tooling weighing up to 10 kg.

Able to read and understand simple 2D engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience using Smart-Scope or similar measurement/inspection equipment is advantageous.

Familiar with quality inspection, QC processes, and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Willing to work shifts and overtime when required by operational needs.
