Red Alpha Cybersecurity is a talent development company and is looking for aspiring  Software Engineers  to join our  Programme, a unique opportunity to break into Software Engineering with structured training and guaranteed job placement.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to pivot into Software Engineering, this programme is designed to equip you with the technical capabilities, tools, and real-world exposure to succeed.

About the Programme

Successful applicants will go through a  fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp  (3–4 months) followed by  deployment to our hiring partners.

BootCamp Phase

Duration: 3–4 months

Full-time, in-person training

Monthly training allowance provided

Hands-on projects, pair programming, code reviews, and agile simulations

Deployment Phase

Duration: 3 years

Full-time salaried position

Exposure to real-world projects, tech stacks, and engineering teams

Continued mentorship and career support

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications

Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile teams

Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance

Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity

Contribute to DevSecOps, testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows

Stay updated on emerging technologies and development trends

No experience? No problem.  Training is provided. We select based on  potential.

Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills

If you already have some experience, great, but  no experience is required  to apply.

Programming Languages:

JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, C#, TypeScript, Rust

Front-End Frameworks:

React, Angular.js, Vue.js, Next.js

Back-End Tools:

Node.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, FastAPI

Databases:

MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Software Engineering Fundamentals:

RESTful APIs, microservices, DevSecOps concepts

Agile development methodology

Version control with Git

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Cloud & DevOps:

Experience or interest in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
