What You’ll Do

💆 Massage Expertise: Provide professional body massage, foot reflexology, and fire cupping treatments tailored to client needs.

🤝 Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, explain treatment benefits, and recommend suitable services.

💼 Upselling Services: Promote packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance customer wellness and support business growth.

🛋️ General Upkeep: Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized shop environment.

📞 Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant certification (e.g. ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage) or proven skills in massage therapy, reflexology, and fire cupping.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to contribute beyond treatments, including shop upkeep and sales support.

Positive attitude, reliability, keen to learn new treatment techniques and a customer-first mindset.
