Come and join Micron Semiconductors Test Solutions Engineering department, where you will learn about the top niche testing methodology of Memory devices using state of the art testing platforms. You will be assigned to projects such as the following:

Develop and maintain test programs of Micron SSD products in high volume manufacturing to ensure Micron SSD products meet their specifications.

Design new test programs for validation and testing of new SSD product/technology during start-up phase.

Optimize test programs and test methodology to reduce product test times.

Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts to improve efficiency.

Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.

Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency in order to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing teams to meet production output goals.

Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.

Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Engineering-related courses

Proficiency in Python programming, with enthusiasm for developing and improving code.

Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, or similar engineering workflow tools.

Strong debugging and analytical skills for test and manufacturing environments.

Agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts with exposure to AI‑assisted engineering or productivity tools would be an advantage.

Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills

Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels

Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable

Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred

Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
