Order Fulfilment Coordinator ($3k/Tai Seng/5 days)

Our client is a well-established local company. They are a market leader in print packaging, 3rd/4th party logistics & value chain management solutions to multinational clients throughout the Asian region. Due to their expansion, their logistics operations at  TAI SENG area  is currently looking for a  ORDER FULFILMENT COORDINATOR

Salary offered: Up to $3000

Work location: Tai Seng area (walking distance from Tai Seng MRT)

Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am -5.45pm

Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefits

Duties/Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.

Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.

Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.

Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.

Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
