Job Summary

Amber Beila Beauty seeks a motivated Branch Manager to lead outlet operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional client consultation and team performance.

Responsibilities

Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend tailored treatments and packages to meet client needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and foster long-term loyalty

Lead and support the team to improve sales performance and consistently achieve targets

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance skills and service quality

Manage customer enquiries effectively and assist in closing sales to maximize revenue

Oversee smooth daily operations of the outlet to ensure a positive customer experience and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beauty or aesthetic sales environments

Proficient in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members

Customer-focused and results-driven mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
