Job Summary

Join our physiotherapy clinic as a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support patient care through registration, scheduling, enquiries, clinic upkeep, and assisting physiotherapists with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with registration and schedule appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations

Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly to provide accurate information and support

Maintain cleanliness and organise the clinic environment to promote a safe and welcoming space

Prepare treatment areas and set up simple equipment to support physiotherapy sessions

Perform basic administrative tasks to assist physiotherapists and support clinic workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate a friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude to enhance patient experience

Show responsibility and punctuality to maintain reliable clinic support

Communicate effectively with local clients to facilitate clear interactions

Use basic computer skills to manage WhatsApp and simple administrative duties

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is valued

Part-time (Monday and Friday evenings; Saturday morning)
