Account Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive

Work Hour: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,800

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily finance operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiples brands.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting data entries

Handle full spectrum of Account Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices, staff claim etc

Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales and cash reconciliations

Assists in daily finance operations and support the accountant in ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned

Requirements

Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Responsible, proactive, and takes initiative in completing tasks

Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
