Diagnostic Radiographer (Central/ 12 hour shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with clinical and radiation safety standards.

Responsibility:

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.

Verify patient details, examination requests, and consent.

Ensure image quality, accurate labelling, and proper documentation.

Explain procedures and provide safe, patient-centred care.

Maintain radiation safety and perform routine quality checks.

Participate in on-call and after-hours duties.

Collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirement

Min Diploma in Radiography or related discipline.

Minimum  2 years’ diagnostic imaging experience.

Relevant professional registration, where applicable.

Experience in  CT, MRI, Ultrasound, or Mammography  is an advantage.

Familiarity with  PACS/RIS  and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and patient care skills.

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
