Perm | Building Services Engineer (M&E / Retail Mall) | Up to $5000 #NKA

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 6pm, Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $5000 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise maintenance, repair and improvement works for building M&E systems.

Conduct inspections, troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely closure of faults/service requests.

Manage CAPEX replacement and upgrading works to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Ensure maintenance works comply with regulatory, safety, environmental and contractual requirements.

Support annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, control expenditure and verify contractor payments.

Prepare tender specifications, evaluate quotations/tenders and monitor vendor performance.

Coordinate tenant fit-out, A&A and reconfiguration works to ensure compliance with building and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with consultants, tenants, contractors and internal teams on building works.

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and outsourced service providers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Preferably with experience in real estate developer, retail industry or M&E contractors.

Possess strong technical knowledge of building equipment and components

Ability to operate and troubleshoot building system and equipment

Strong communication and people management skills with ability to lead, guide and coach team.
