SALES ENGINEER (MNC) #HYN

Location: West of Singapore

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join the Industrial Division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with consultative selling, developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads within the industrial sector

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and technical presentations

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

Prepare sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Meet agreed weekly sales activity targets

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies

Monitor industry trends and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams

Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to build networks and generate new business opportunities

🎓 Requirements

Degree in Engineering is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers

Strong interest in sales, business development and customer engagement

Able to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences

Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment
