Marketing & Events Executive (Private Bank, 12 Months) #ESY

• Support marketing and events initiatives for Private Bank, covering the HNW (High Networth) / UHNW (Ultra) client segment
• Work with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, communications and client engagement initiatives
• Coordinate client events from planning to execution, including timelines, venues, vendors, catering and logistics
• Manage invitations, RSVP, guest lists and event related communications
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors and business partners
• Provide actual day event support and ensure smooth execution
• Assist with marketing collaterals, presentations and other communication materials
• Handle event related admin, including travel and hotel arrangements where required
• Support other marketing and event related duties as assigned
