Responsibilities
Responsible for custody product design, and the formulation of business policies and operational processes.
Draft system optimization proposals and oversee UAT & rollout. Responsible for requirement coordination and testing of the custody system, and maintenance of custody system parameters.
Responsible for optimizing SWIFT MT/MX message workflows.
Responsible for infrastructure connectivity testing.
Responsible for custody account opening and system maintenance.
Prepare for periodic reports (annual/quarterly) per regulatory/client requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor or above in Finance/Economics or related field.
Operational knowledge of Euroclear, Clearstream, SGX ecosystem.
3 years system development or related experience.
Custodian back-office experience.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Head office colleagues and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
