Presentation Designer (Bank | PowerPoint | Adobe Creative Suite)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Presentation & Graphics Designer

This will start off as a 12-month contract role

The Job

Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.

Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format

Working as part of the graphics and presentations team that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.

Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects

Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.

Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.

Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.

Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met

Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives

Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams

Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use

Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

The Talent

At least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution (Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience)

Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications

Experience of proofreading presentations

Knowledge of external print processes

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps

Proven organization and time management skills
