Working Place: Tampines

Materia is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Drafter to support our interior, materials and home-product projects.

The successful candidate will prepare 3D drawings, space layouts and presentation visuals based on project requirements. You will work with the internal team to develop accurate drawings and make revisions according to project instructions.

Responsibilities

Prepare 3D interior drawings, layouts and visual presentations.

Develop plans, elevations and basic technical drawings.

Assist with space planning, furniture placement and material application.

Make amendments based on feedback and project requirements.

Coordinate with designers and project team members.

Ensure drawings are accurate, clear and completed on schedule.

Organise drawing files and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit or similar software.

Experience in interior drafting, space planning or renovation-related work.

Able to read floor plans and understand dimensions.

Good sense of proportion, materials, colours and interior detailing.

Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Fresh graduates with a suitable portfolio may apply.

Able to accept instructions and revisions positively.

Interested in interiors, materials, furniture and home products.
